·       At Element 3 we believe in pro-active not reactive maintenance. It is our aim to provide uncompromising                heating system care and knowledge when installing/servicing any type of boiler for our clients.

 ·       We think a service should involve a full unit strip down i.e. burners, fans, electrodes and injectors to be                 removed and cleaned. Best practice view

 ·       All flues, open and concentric to be integrity tested and flow tested, including checking in lofts and voids.

 ·       Test all controls and safety devices to ensure correct operation.

 ·       Carry out combustion analysis on all boilers to ensure they are running correctly and efficiently in-line with         manufactures/gas regulation guidelines. (Report will be provided)

·       Ensure there are no gas leaks within the entire property by carrying out a full gas tightness test on each            service to give our clients peace of mind. 

·       We carry most common parts on board and will aim to solve the majority of heating breakdowns in the first         visit. If the part is not on our vans and cannot be sourced from our parts suppliers who have over 500          branches nationwide, it will be ordered whilst the engineer is on-site and another appointment will be       arranged then and there.
